Okay, forgot to add a few things about dallas! We ate and ate. We had a really great time eating Barbeque at Spring Creek BBQ. All you can eat sides!! YUM. Derk and I also celebrated our 5 year anniversary. Can't believe it's been 5 years already! We went to Patrizio's to celebrate. Yummy Italian. Also, Derek discovered Chickfile ( I still can't believe he's never had it. It really is nice and hopefully one will open up in Chicago sometime.) Below is a picture of us eating BBQ.
We also went to the Dallas Arboretum. That was a really nice place. Beautiful gardens there. But something tragic happened there. My brand new camera fell from its straps, crashing onto the stone steps below. Fortunately, the camera is fixable but unfortunately, at a cost :( ... Below are pictures taken prior to the accident.
We also got to see my dear friend Erin before she took off for Nigeria. That was a real treat. You can read about what she does by clicking on her blog link located on the right column of our blog.

Tell Derek that I would be more tha happy to drive up to the nearest Chick-fil-A for lunch/dinner...in Racine, WI. :)
